This week is a bustling week. I've already written a press release, revised some articles, written about finance and entrepreneurship and finished up a brochure for
Stan Levine's Mount Diablo Painting Series. I even cold called some prospective clients.
Still coming this week are more articles, editing of an exciting children's book and hopefully I'll have a chance to revise and edit "Landslide." I'm also hoping to revise some poems and send them out.
The other day in the bookstore, I happened across a really neat literary magazine called "
The Normal School." Their next round of submissions doesn't open up until September, but I'm planning on sending them "Landslide" when it does.
Also, be on the lookout for
Equanimity Magazine. I have two articles in the special edition out this month. The official launch of the magazine is in September. I'm excited about what this magazine has to offer.
Finally, if all goes as planned, I'm going to be writing query letters to a few different magazines - if not this week, then early next week.
