Last week was an outstanding week - I gained four new client projects by Tuesday.  This week, so far, I have one prospective client - very good news.

Last week I wrote a couple of Bright Hub articles:

and I updated many of my older Bright Hub articles.  In addition, I plugged along ahead on my short story collection, Santa's Cheezborgers and Other Stories, which I hope to have up and available for purchase on LuLu.com by December 7th.  I will keep you posted on the ability to purchase that collection.

As a new project, I am serving as a moderator for LinkedIn's Aspiring Writers group.  If you're looking for a great place to discuss getting started with writing as a career - whether you're looking to freelance or write a novel, this is a great resource.

Finally, last week, I had the opportunity to interview a local cookbook author for the upcoming official launch issue of Equanimity Magazine.

This week, I have more Bright Hub articles I am working on including an article on Pareto Charts and another on PMP.  In addition, I'm writing several articles for a client's website.  On a more creative bent, I'm working on developing a short story/novella for a client, and I'm helping to brainstorm ideas for a book that I will be working on with a very talented photographer and another writer.  I will be finalizing two articles for Equanimity Magazine, including the interview I performed last week.  As always, I will be continuing work on the book I am co-authoring on personality development.  Finally, I'm working on helping a local non-profit organization, Oakland Digital Arts and Literacy Center, write grants to help fund their organization.

As a final thought, per a suggestion in the Writer Magazine article "Get Started: Stay on track with 6 types of journals" by Ann Edwards Cannon, I will be keeping track of what I write and how I felt about it in the coming weeks.  Part of this will include a cumulative word count for each week.  I will be posting my word count here in future "What I'm working on" blog posts.

What are your projects this week?
