My spotlight article came out in Infinity Journal: " Bringing Back Focal Practices to Combat a Hot, Flat, and Crowded World: A Critique of Thomas L. Friedman." This website requires registration, which is free, in order to read the article.... Continue reading ...

Last week I came down with some sort of virus and I fell behind on my production schedule for December. These things happen, and when they do it reminds me that scheduling should be a looser endeavor. So, my goals for this week include writing Bright Hub articles, updating Bright Hub articles, continuing to work on the website I'm writing content for, continue building Stan Levine's website (http://www.stanimationproductions.synthasite.com) continue a short story project I've been working on... The first order of business is my writing log. Between November 16 and November 21, I wrote a total of 12,503 words on seventeen different projects. My goal this week is to write at least 10,000 words again. Second, I'm going to simply list projects I am currently working on and their status. - Content for a website - finished the first section of articles, going to start the second (of three sections)
- Bright Hub - I just received a promotion to being a contributing editor in two channels - Entr...

This past month (September) was crazy here. There were many deadlines, many projects, and lots of family activities. Things have cooled down again, and I'm working hard writing chapters for the personality development book I'm co-authoring. I'm also submitting poetry and short stories this month. I'm waiting for some editing work that's floating my way in the coming days. Finally, inspired by the Fiction Friday exercises I've been posting on my blog, I'm considering putting together a col... It's going to be a busy week. My husband's brother and his family are in town from the East Coast. Saturday we went Cheryl Dumesnil's poetry reading from her book, In Praise of Falling. Her poetry is beautiful, her sons are darling, and I'm amazed at the words she collects and uses for image-painting. It was a great experience. This week I'm focusing on editing work and a few Bright Hub articles. I will be editing a dissertation, a book, and a textbook. I'm also hoping to receive more ... Continue reading ...
